Johannes Smits is an IT specialist, father, and grandfather who has spent a lifetime reading science fiction.

After decades of devouring the genre, he realized the exact story he wanted to read did not exist yet, so he sat down and wrote it himself.

He lives in the Netherlands, taking complex systems seriously, but life considerably less so. Nemesis is his debut novel.
